” Thai police said they were investigating the incident in the city of Krabi, which happened about 2am on Monday near the city’s Noppharat Thara Beach. The suspect, Randall Owen Johnson, was arrested at the scene with police alleging he was under the influence of alcohol and had a folding knife.
