THE Federal Territories Ministry is discouraging eateries in Covid-19 red and yellow zones from allowing dine-in services, despite the green light from the National Security Council under the conditional movement control order that began yesterday. “All food businesses in the red and yellow zones in the federal territories are still operating on a take-away basis. Dine-in is not encouraged.
