ETALING JAYA: Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa has warned entrepreneurs and traders not to"sell" their legitimate trading licences from the ministry to third parties, foreigners in particular.

"We received feedback that foreigners are running businesses in the Federal Territories, especially in Kuala Lumpur," he said during an FB live video on the ministry's Facebook page Tuesday . "The licences are only issued to Malaysians, but my question is how are foreigners able to trade as a business – not work as an employee?
