PUTRAJAYA: Former Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng spent more than eight hours at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) here during his third round of questioning.

Lim accompanied by his lawyer, RSN Rayer, who is also Jelutong MP, entered the MACC headquarters at around 10.40am on Sunday after arriving in a silver Mercedes.

On Saturday , Lim was questioned for about seven hours by anti-graft investigators over the RM6.3bil Penang undersea tunnel project, before leaving MACC at 7.50pm.MACC sources said the project is again being probed by authorities following"fresh leads".In a tweet on Wednesday, Lim said he would cooperate fully with investigations, and thanked his supporters.This includes Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow, and state exco members Jagdeep Singh Deo, Chong Eng and Phee Boon Poh.
