Illegals using locals to apply for trading permits

UNDOCUMENTED foreigners formerly employed at the Kuala Lumpur wholesale market are using Malaysians as proxies to apply for business licences, said traders’ associations. They said this has been happening since a freeze on migrant workers was announced amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
