Softbank, a hedge fund and former Amazon execs scored big on Compass's IPO along with founder Robert Reffkin. Here's who else got rich.

Chief Technology Officer Joseph Sirosh: $84.6 millionSirosh has been in his current role since December 2018. Prior to joining Compass, he was chief technology officer for artificial intelligence at Microsoft from 2013 to 2018.

Before coming to Compass, Hart worked at Amazon for 23 years, most recently as vice president of Amazon Prime Video.CFO Kristen Ankerbrandt: $17 millionAnkerbrandt has served as chief financial officer at Compass since November 2018. Prior to Compass, Serwin was general counsel of online employer review site Glassdoor; he was a senior vice president and deputy counsel at eBay from 2012 to 2015. At $20.15 a share, those shares are worthMurray joined the board in February 2020. She most recently served as co-CEO of Bridgewater Associates from January 2015 to April 2020.
