Deputy Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Rosol Wahid said most complaints involved customers who felt cheated and dissatisfied with the products purchased which were not as shown in the photographs.
"Society today is more comfortable buying online because they can compare prices and it is user-friendly, but we urge the public to be careful," he told reporters after conducting a visit in conjunction with the Buy Malaysian Products campaign in Ayer Keroh here on Friday .
