The company which is operating in the global interactive voice response market plans to hire an additional 30 people by the end of 2023 - growing its team to over 50 staff members.
The company's customer base already includes a number of major global pharmaceutical and technology companies, while its international customer pipeline spans a range of sectors. The fund is backed by leading Irish technology entrepreneurs and business leaders, as well as Enterprise Ireland. "Yet they have a blind spot when it comes to IVR performance and as a result, they are losing valuable customers," he added."The IVR testing market is saturated by companies using legacy infrastructure," Mr Dunne said.
