“My rent just went up $400 a month and the agency sent me an email bragging about it.” Agency responds after ‘insensitive’ rent rise celebration

The apology was sent via email on Saturday.

On Saturday, Ironfish sent out another blast, this time titled ‘apology from Ironfish property management’. “We understand a rental crisis is no reason to celebrate and accept that the tone of the update was insensitive.”It also highlighted some of the efforts the agency has made to “assist tenants experiencing hardship”.
