Liverpool's beloved Christmas markets are set to make a return this month, kicking off on Saturday, November 19.
Christmas is less than 50 days away, and that means many festive favourites are coming back with a bang. The markets have been a firm favourite in the city centre for many years, with locals and tourists alike descending on St George's Plateau to snap up festive food, Christmas decorations, jewellery and more.
The Christmas market is organised by Liverpool City Council's Culture Liverpool team, with the team determined to make the entire market "even better" this year. Making a much anticipated return to St George's Plateau and William Brown Street, there'll be an array of "carefully selected" crafters and makers selling "unique Christmas gifts".
Those keen to take the spotlight can enjoy a taste of the action with a twist, in the market's popular karaoke ski lifts. The big wheel, snow slide and Santa Land rides will also return, offering plenty of opportunities for beautiful, festive photos, while providing stunning views of the city.
