has announced plans to build a new coastal resort in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Four Seasons will be working with Saudi-based investment firm Midad Real Estate in the development of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche, scheduled to open in 2024, stated a release. The project will be located within the Corniche District, on the Red Sea, and will feature 269 guest rooms and suites, 21 serviced apartments for short- and long-term stays and 64 private residences including two penthouses. The serviced apartments will be available in two- and three-bedroom configurations starting at 1,250 square feet.
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill will lead the architecture and Richmond International the interior design.FOUR SEASONS — The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche in Saudi Arabia is scheduled to open in 2024. Private residences will range from 3,230 to 11,500 square feet.
In addition to amenities available from the adjoining hotel, homeowners will have exclusive access to a private residents’ lounge, outdoor terrace, fitness centres and valet service, overseen by a director of residences. Private residences will range from one to five bedrooms and 3,230 to 11,500 square feet.
