Missing amid the general caveats and disclaimers: the ~10 yr cycles of recession (due in 2019, 2029 and 2039) are not factored as major hits to govt revenue and emergency stimulus spending). Sorry folks, but 2040 can't happen when deficit in the good years of 2017-2018 is $18b.
