VijayShadean although Rwanda might be clean ....its growing into Africa's latest dictatorship..

The fact remains, our streets are not up to standard wrt cleanliness. Kigali is way more clean, let's learn and adopt their method.

What nonsense! There is no downside to cleanliness! Health, a sense of pride and belonging & success are directly related to a clean, orderly environment! Just look at the surrounds of successful people - always clean & tidy!
