U.S. Treasury Secretary Yellen Starts Africa Trip in Senegal

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen began her three-nation Africa trip with a stop in Senegal, where she meet with Senegalese President and African Union chair Macky Sall, as well as ministers of finance and economy.
