MakeIt Yikes

MakeIt Yeah, then you have to live in the south. Ask all the pandemic movers how happy they are with their move to a sh!tty state.

MakeIt And none of them are in a state I would ever move to. All are in fact welfare states.

MakeIt The South has risen again

MakeIt Lol it's not a good city to live in if it's in the southern US. I lived in TX for 3 years and it was so wack that I moved back to the west. Bad weather all year long, horrible food of all kinds, nothing interesting.

MakeIt Definitely

MakeIt “Best” Yeah, ok.

MakeIt The housing market down here is insane. With all the Californians who've moved here in the last two years, houses barely stay on the market for 24 hours. People are flooding Southern states by the millions. You want to refute me fine. But I live here and this is what's happening.

MakeIt Only if you are homophobic, Christian, straight, white and hate immigrants.

MakeIt Did CRAMER say this ?

MakeIt Everyones escaping what they voted for. Sounds about right

MakeIt Dixiecrats southern pride.

MakeIt we love our place in DFW

MakeIt Lol how is this a good city to buy a home? Seems like the worst buyers market for a home

MakeIt So enjoy shitty infrastructure, horrible education and healthcare.

MakeIt How can you use the word “best” if it means you have to live in the south?

MakeIt Why are you paying jimcramer?

MakeIt Yeah if you want to live in a crime ridden Christian version of Taliban controlled Afghanistan

MakeIt So interesting, do you see this changing anytime soon?

MakeIt No they are not. Stay away. You’ll hate it here.

MakeIt Stay off the coast. See: Global sea level rise.

MakeIt There are no coincidences

MakeIt Republican conservative neighborhoods win every time. Safe armed citizens and streets aren’t filled with drug addicts.

MakeIt Just don’t spend the summers there as you will sweat your balls off and get eaten alive by mosquitoes

MakeIt IM GLAD I sold my Walgreens STOCK IN JANUARY. THE BOYCOTT IS GOING TO KILL THE STOCK. I’ll Certainly never shop there again!!

MakeIt Another shity advise from CNBC ..

MakeIt Cold weather people are finally waking up wait till they'll find out the weather in Mexico 😂😂

MakeIt No thanks

MakeIt The rise of Progressive liberalism in American cities has had a damaging effect on their stability and livability. From unsustainable taxes and regulations to rampant crime and homelessness, many cities have seen their quality of life diminish as Progressives have sought to…

MakeIt But who wants to live in the South? I see no attraction.

MakeIt Yuck 🤮

MakeIt Lies tell me sweet little lies 🎶 ITS CALLED THE DIRTY SOUTH FOR A REASON

MakeIt If you're in climate reality denial, the south is the place to go.

MakeIt 🔥🔥🔥🔥

MakeIt ANYWHERE would be preferable than the South. GOP, racism, Nazis and anti-abortionists.

MakeIt Ah yes, lemme buy a house where I'll have no job opportunities AND they wanna destroy my ability to exist as a queer person! WHAT JOY!

MakeIt You've mentioned all the reasons except one of the most important. Clue: It has to do with 'migration gains.'

MakeIt Especially if you love long sticky summers and short autumns and winters. Using your AC in November is common in the Deep South

MakeIt Duh.

MakeIt BONUS POINTS: YOUR DAUGHTER'S RAPIST WILL BECOME A MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY.

MakeIt please, please don't move here!!!

MakeIt Because the Democrats run the cities in the north and they’re all out of control filled with crime and drugs.

MakeIt Problem is, then you're in the South.

MakeIt Understood. Trying my best now to move my family from the DC Metro Area to either Georgia or Florida as we speak.

MakeIt No thanks

MakeIt If you gave me one for free I’d never live in any of them.

MakeIt Thank you MikeWintrs Charleston/North Charleston, Greenville! I agree 🙂 postandcourier

MakeIt I say this is RUBBISH! Factor in racial/religious/health care/public transit/educational freedom & only Atlanta & Raleigh work. The others feature repression of equality/voting rights/health care rights & zero transit; in TX u might freeze to death, in FL u can't teach history

MakeIt Nope, not even if you paid me to live there.

MakeIt Nope.

MakeIt Yuck

MakeIt If you don’t need all your human rights in tact, have at it.

MakeIt Maybe not all of us want to live in a city!

MakeIt We are FULL in Charleston.

MakeIt Why are these the best cities?

MakeIt Best for what? 'Peaceful protests?'

There’s a reason why the South is so cheap! 🤮

Lmao no one is going to choose to live in pro forced birth states unless they’re truly out of options

MakeIt Heavy migrant presence, tEcH hUbS & median home prices of a half million dollars. How does that equate to best cities to buy a home?
