n-power i have been trying to enroll n it keeps crashing how us that tackling?

The federal government has tried in terms employment but this enhancement thing is still confusing. Enhancement in the stipends or what?

i tried to get the sense behind bringing this back from 2016 and am not getting it...could u be patient enough to explain the logic to me?...thank you
