Former Toys R Us CEO who sank his company into the ground.

They should ask themselves, why people still shop at department stores? I believe the survival strategy lies beneath that answer.

Technology is technology. I love Amazon and have for many years now.

Macy's has low quality, overpriced products the only people that shop there are people that haven't realized that they can spend their money better somewhere else. The employees online are much nicer also!
