😂 A left-wing news organization polls it's liberal base and comes up with what it wants to hear. We're all shocked.

IPSOS, Nov 7, 2016:

It is embarrassing that Dems won’t negotiate after almost all of them have been in favor of a wall in the past. Dems are embarrassing.

TrumpFail

So 25% of Americans are willfully ignorant and racist. We knew that.

I don't think it's embarassing, but a wall won't help the people in Ohio. The airplanes need to stop.

It’s not just an embarrassment. It’s a form of terrorism at the hands of a Russian asset.

I’m one of them. It’s unconscionable.

MattMurph24 Trump is souless

Are the other 25% thinking?

Trump is an embarrassment. And also The Republicans who allow him to do this.

AaronBrynen And when we lose bond rating it will get worse.

trump loves the shutdown.

Our government has been an embarrassment for many years now and not a soul in DC cares. Way too many politicians of both parties are way past their expiration date and almost useless. It's all about how many terms can they can hang out.

NPR trying to narrate the story in favor of open borders

Representatives in the House and Senate along with the President should not be paid during government shutdowns. It seems unethical that federal employees aren’t paid because the people in charge can’t reach consensus.

No, it’s not. Who did you poll? Not this American or any of my family or close friends-let me guess you polled; Seattle, New York & Los Angeles! Benefactors of our tax $$ & sanctuary cities...

what, it was okay for Obama to do it but if trump does it there is something wrong? the dems are huge hypocrites.

Donald Trump & Mitch McConnell have placed millions of Americans' safety in jeopardy in the name of protecting Americans. From paychecks to food-safety inspections, Mr. Trump & McConnell are behaving in a way that shows their disregard for hard-working Americans. EndTheShutdown

Sounds like government funding of NPR is a waste of money. Americans need to demand that funding for NPR be cancelled and reallocated to border violence victims charities. You guys don't seem to give a crap about them!!!!!

Holy one thing I agree with NPR too bad NPR has no morals, or ethics so everything they produced is Biased as the cause of this!

We should be aiming for an unbreakable record. 21 days is nothing let’s go for 21 weeks William Howard Taft would want it this way

So even though 69% of americans want the Gov't open, a majority of Republicans don't. Trump isn't the president of America- just the president of the GOP. McConnell follows the Hastert rule.

So we should make decisions for our own country based on how we feel other countries look at us? No thanks.

Just give the man the wall

oh wow you asked 1000 ppl out of 330 million ...your poll is incorrect

Embarrassing? It’s f-ing tragic.

Held hostage by the minority report

THIS IS EMBARRASSING

If a majority opinion actually mattered in this country, we wouldn't be in this position right now. NoMoreElectoralCollege

You're telling me 1 in 7 democrats support the wall? Yeah fucking right.
