No plan to lower price of RON95 petrol, diesel FMTNews

The government is still maintaining the ceiling price for RON95 petrol and subsidised diesel although the real market price has far exceeded it.

In a written reply, it said this is to prevent the government from continuing to bear higher subsidies. The ministry was responding to a question from Nik Zawawi Salleh about the government’s plans related to the restructuring of petrol subsidies.
