While Russia plan to spend 1.2 billion to turn Ukraine in to desert.

1.1 billion won't do it. Not even close. The old' destroyed stuff was bought at 80's prices. The new weapons will be at post-inflation prices. Plus 10% for the big guy.

EU is spending less then the USA ? That’s sad … the EU should offer feee medical care to American citizens in return and free education.
