Two things: 1) Makes me wonder whether in fact"anyone" can do it... might he be overselling how plausible this is? 2) We need to know how he was able to come up with those two sizeable down payments.

After paying it back — during which time Lane's home had seen even further appreciation — he took out a new line of credit from it to buy his sixth property. "I feel like anyone can do this," he said."That first one is really the hardest, but once you get one the second one is so much easier."
