This startup that automates SME invoices with AI just raised $8 million. Check out the 10-slide pitch deck Triver used to raise the fresh funds.

Triver, a London-based fintech emerging from stealth, has raised $8 million in funding.

Triver, founded in 2022 by former Funding Circle executive Jerome Le Luel, wants to use AI to automate invoicing for smaller businesses to help them secure short-term funds from financial institutions. The company's platform is expected to launch in the coming months. "I've spent 25 years in the lending and analytics industry," Le Luel, formerly of Capital One and Barclays, told Insider."I believe there is a way to take this market to the next level through the emergence of Open Banking and using automation we can reduce human involvement and bring pricing into the range of banks."

Going back to the office: Employer mandate is killing moraleMy company is making us go back to the office 2 days a week to boost morale — but no one wants to be there Quit. They’ll be fine. They are probably doing it to reduce staffing levels without a formal layoff. I've worked from home for 10+ years. I've been more productive and much happier with this arrangement. Not one time have I regretted it nor wished to be back in an office.
