KULAI: Johor has received some RM300mil worth of investment from JStar Motion (JStar) Sdn Bhd following the opening of four of the company’s manufacturing plants at I-Park here.

Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi said that JStar, a subsidiary of China-based Zhejiang Jiecang Linear Motion Technology Co Ltd, has also given its commitment to invest another RM100mil in Johor soon.

“Such investments mean a lot to us as other than bringing technology to the state, it is also providing more job opportunities to Johoreans,” he said in his speech during the opening ceremony of JStar's manufacturing plant here.
