After six years of creating short-form video content, here are my top-three tips to make videos that go viral.When I used to create YouTube videos with other creators, we'd be focused on the first 20 seconds of a video to make sure we hooked our audience. That time frame kept shrinking, and it became 10 seconds, then five.

Now, with the rise of short-form content, you only have the very first frame — 0.25 seconds or even less — to engage your audience. You need to find a way to stop viewers from scrolling to the next video. My video"Smashing a £500 mirror" is a good example of engaging viewers in the first frame. In it, you can see that I'm holding out a mirror and it looks like I'm about to drop it, so you're engaged — you want to see what happens next.where you can see a firework in the background and me holding a sparkler while walking toward it, with text saying,"This is a $500 firework.
