Plans for a £20 million retail park in Louth which will include a Tesco and a Costa have been submitted.
The plans were originally revealed in May, when the applicants went out to consultation and have now been officially submitted to East Lindsey District Council. The southern section will host"a food retail unit", named as Tesco, with associated car parking, servicing, access roads, and a petrol filling station.
The northern middle provides a mix of industrial/warehouse units and an agricultural sales/repair centre. The revised plans have been designed to blend with the natural surroundings, retaining and enhancing mature trees and woodland around the site's boundaries.
