Of what benefit is ITF to the Nigeria worker?

I propose that besides academic qualifications, CV with details of experiences gathered in various areas of soecialization should be requirement for recruiting technical and engineering lecturers and instructors. Also Govt. must put in place well equipped workshops and laboratory.

That is why our tertiary education system should be restructured! Besides Academicians theoretical impartation. On field experienced practitioners should be engaged to impact practical experience to our students! Some engineering lecturers never practice for a year!

Even if you are a graduate one is suppose to have couple of trade or vocational skills that can enable you take care of yourself & family while searching for job if necessary. Sometime handwork become more lucrative than salary earning jobs.
