Already opened a new account with a new bank ✌🏼. This is unacceptable on so many levels
It’s not just online and it’s not just cards, you can’t CALL them either (I need my mortgage balance as of 1/2019 for my taxes), which means it’s not only their front end systems that aren’t working. Their VRUs are down, and they servicing systems are down too.
Their twitter says ONE facility had an issue which caused this massive outage....ONE. Now that’s unacceptable
