The spreadsheet, obtained by Insider, includes data voluntarily submitted by over 12,000 US-based employees for the full-year 2022. It covers a range of roles, from software engineers to business analysts and salespeople. In addition, Insider created bar graphs that show the highest base salaries each role can make, as well as the roles at Google that have the highest base salaries, equity, and bonuses. These graphs are based on the maximum base salary, equity, and bonus values that were submitted for each role.
