If I am amazon I just punt and move on. Who needs the hassle of New York and Monday morning quarterbacking. They are incentives and breaks not an outward check. Ultimately amzn should tell nyc to pound sand and go where they are appreciated.

I'd only approve the amazon deal if the 'promises' Amazon was making were expended and made binding. - Investing in local infrastructure - The number of jobs created - Agreeing to specific workplace protections - Agreeing to promote local NY products through their marketplace
