ULY, -52.42% surged 60% in premarket trading following news it had completed its acquisition of mobility data firm Ontomo Technologies.Intuitive Surgical Inc.’s ISRG, -0.75% stock dropped 8% after the surgical robotic company’s revenue fell short of Wall Street expectations.

SolarEdge Technologies Inc.‘s stock SEDG, -5.63% dropped 24% after the maker of inverters and other equipment for solar-power systems cut its quarterly outlook on lower demand in Europe. Forecasts of a slump in European demand for electricity dragged down rival solar company stocks, with Enphase Energy Inc. ENPH, -6.41% shares down 15%, and shares of SunRun Inc. RUN, -8.48% and SunPower Corp. SPWR, -2.28% drop 7% each. First Solar Inc. FSLR, -0.76% shares fell 5%
