Taylor Swift has addressed persistent rumours that she is bisexual in a letter leaked online. In the prologue of her 1989 re-release album, Swift explains why she began hanging out exclusively with women, screenshots leaked on X have revealed.

Taylor Swift’s new romance. “It became clear to me that for me there was no such thing as casual dating, or even having a male friend who you could platonically hang out with,” the leaked note explains. “If I was seen with him, it was assumed I was sleeping with him, and so I swore off hanging out with guys.
