ChristineRomans Thank you President Trump

ChristineRomans So, which is it? Does Trump control spending, or does Congress? It’s rather disingenuous to blame President Trump for the budget when he’s being CHALLENGED, RIGHT THIS MONEMT, by congress because they say CONGRESS CONTROLS THE PURSE! And this is why CNN is considered FAKE NEWS.
