FOREIGNERS will not be allowed to control farmers’ markets under the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority , said Salahuddin Ayub. The agriculture and agro-based industry minister said the agency has been instructed to “clean up” farmers’ markets to ensure licences are not rented out to non-locals.
