SMEs welcome CBN/NIRSAL Microfinance bank but….

Early this month, the Central Bank of Nigeria revealed that it will set up a Micro Finance Bank to enable Small and Medium Enterprises to access more fund easily. It was even more of a cheering piece of news that the loans would be issued at five per cent interest rate and without collateral.
