Republican Sen. Tim Scott declared Thursday that it's very unlikely Congress will pass an infrastructure bill this session.
"The chance of us getting something done in a big way on infrastructure is very small," Scott said during POLITICO's Future of Prosperity event.Both Republicans and Democrats have introduced plans for a $1 trillion investment in infrastructure during President Donald Trump's tenure, with Trump himself saying infrastructure is a top priority for his administration.During his interview Scott said Republicans and Democrats want to approach funding for infrastructure differently.
That's very unfortunate coming from the 'master builders ' deal maker genius administration.
Obama's three trillion dollar 'Stimulus Plan' already rebuilt the nation's infrastructure. Didn't it? That's what we were told it was going to do.
