She commended Tinubu and the national leadership of the ruling All Progressives Congress for appointing Imo Governor, Hope Uzodimma, as the Coordinator of the Party’s activities in the Southeast region, stating that she joined the party recently because of the governor’s appointment as well his efforts in bringing federal presence and development to the region on the platform of the APC.
She stressed that with the steady implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda and the embracing of its principles by Nigerians, the hardship being faced in the country would soon be a thing of the past. She commended President Tinubu for keeping to his 30 percent affirmative action on youth inclusion in appointments and participation in governance in addition to approving the release of N60 billion for the benefit of the youths under the Agric Investment and Small and Medium Enterprises Scheme.
On party activities, Senator Oduah stressed that the appointment of Governor Hope Uzodimma has further endeared the South East to the APC given Governor Uzodimma’s popularity in the region due to his achievements in government adding that with him as APC coordinator in the South East, the Party will further penetrate and take complete leadership of the region in the next round of elections.
