The commission of inquiry into the Public Investment Corporation continues to probe investments in controversial companies on Tuesday.

On Monday, the inquiry delved further into the PIC deal with VBS Mutual Bank.Testifying at the PIC inquiry on Monday, Pamela Phala, a senior manager from the legal department said there were many changes within the legal department.

Phala said she was guided by ethics in performing her role at the PIC, but this didn’t sit well with Dan Matjila, the CEO at the time. The commission of inquiry into the Public Investment Corporation continues to probe investments in controversial companies.
