Opposition stages walkout after PAS MP ejected for calling Guan Eng 'pondan'

KUALA LUMPUR: The opposition staged a walkout in Parliament here on Tuesday after PAS' Pengkalan Chepa MP Ahmad Marzuk Shaary was ejected after he called Finance Minister Lim Guan

Eng aDuring debates on the Supplementary Supply Bill, Ahmad claimed that he had proof that the current system was open to all contractors, causing bumiputra contractors to lose out.

Gaji buta kah? Sikit sikit, stage a walkout? Cut the salaries of anyone who walkouts just because someone else was ejected.

The rakyat put them in office. They should do the needful n not merely walking out from the august House. 😡

And there I was thinking all MPs underwent at least one crash course on the prohibition of using unparliamentary language. Insinuation that another member is dishonourable is unacceptable. Oh well.

The issue is the PAS rep accused LGE of trying to destroy Bumiputra contractors by having open tenders for all projects.The LGE pig denied it. The PAS rep wants to show evidence in the Dewan.Why was he not allowed to? So I don’t blame him for calling LGE pondan.Thats the issue.
