journalist recorded two police officers ushering a handcuffed Scheffler into a police car before the reporter himself was confronted by a third. He was told to stand back on multiple occasions. “Right now, he’s going to jail,” the police officer said to Darlington. “He’s going to jail and there ain’t nothing you can do about it. Period. There’s nothing you can do about it.” The second-round play has been delayed for at least an hour because of an accident near the course.
