TSB customers have reported issues with the mobile banking app this morning, with more than 2,600 users having reported issues with the app, leaving them unable to access their accounts

TSB customers have been left in the lurch this morning as they faced difficulties logging into their mobile banking app due to an outage.

Reports of the app's malfunction began surfacing earlier this morning at around 6.30am, the Mirror reports. A different user reached out to TSB, commenting: "@TSB hi cannot access my TSB app or online banking. App is saying 'we weren't able to do that' online is saying 'sorry, we are currently experiencing technical issues. Please try later'. When will this be fixed as I need to access my account.".

Some TSB customers have been encountering login problems, with error messages popping up or the app refusing to log them in. A number of users are also struggling to get past the "fingerprint" verification step.
