The Bank of Montreal says online banking services are restored for customers after a technical problem overnight.
BMO says it experienced an overnight service disruption due to a false fire alarm at one of its data centres. Customers can get updates and continue to access their accounts through the bank's website and its ATM network, or by visiting a BMO branch, the bank said. Heads up: You may not be able to access online banking right now, because of a technical problem. We're working on the issue and will get things back to normal as soon as we can.
