wipe will arrive in early August with a lot of new features and improvements being added to the game with the 0.15 patch. The August patch will bring new zones to the hideout, one of which appears to be related to cultists and another that seems to be some kind of wardrobe area where you can dress up mannequins in your favorite gear, in a similar way to the weapon rack.

There will also be new guns added in the August patch, with the Uzi and M60 machine gun being shown off on the stream. However, perhaps the bigger weapon related news is that bipods will finally be usable to give you some extra stability, and you will be able to place your weapons against walls to get extra stability.

Factory is also getting completely reworked, with a new layout and graphics that is based on the current factory layout but much improved. Nikita mentioned that it is very outdated, so they chose to improve it.Map to map travel is also being added, with an event kicking things off that will challenge you to move through the maps in a certain way.

Armor will be getting another big update, despite being totally reworked in the last few months. The system will be simplified to make it easier to understand what each piece of armor or plate actually does. Armor plates will be made bigger and will start to protect the armpit area which has become a bit of a meme with lots of people being killed with shots there.

One big change that was announced is that there will soon be the option to play the PvE game mode on your own machine without needing to connect to a server. Nikita revealed that 70% of PvE players are playing on their own, so to try and reduce the server load they take up a new option to run the mode locally on your own PC will be launched. This will hopefully reduce the massive loading times players have been experiencing.
