Craft cocktails and local wines are coming later this summer.The Post Hotel & Spa has partnered with Weiss Ranch to offer a seasonal, four-course wagyu menu by executive sous chef Brian Harris.
It includes wagyu consommé, beef tataki and a wagyu tenderloin served with a caramelized onion puree, seared mushrooms, truffle potato pave and balsamic wagyu Jus. A bourbon brownie tart with candied maple wagyu bacon rounds out the meal. $240 with optional wine pairings for $85. Reservations are encouraged.
