. Electric Wolf Cafe is the newest place to go for coffee, pastries, croissants, muffins and sandwiches by chef Jazon Leizert. You can also find fruit pies, scones and DIY pizza kits in the grab-n-go freezer. Craft cocktails and local wines are coming later this summer.The Post Hotel & Spa has partnered with Weiss Ranch to offer a seasonal, four-course wagyu menu by executive sous chef Brian Harris.

It includes wagyu consommé, beef tataki and a wagyu tenderloin served with a caramelized onion puree, seared mushrooms, truffle potato pave and balsamic wagyu Jus. A bourbon brownie tart with candied maple wagyu bacon rounds out the meal. $240 with optional wine pairings for $85. Reservations are encouraged.
