Kota Kinabalu: Markets which feature souvenirs and food in the city are now branded as “Anjung Kinabalu”, said Mayor Datuk Seri Dr Sabin Samitah.

The rebranding involved all the market and commercial premises in the State Capital, including the night market, handicraft market, Sinsuran market, fruits market and fish market.“The name ‘Anjung Kinabalu’ is derived from other nearby premises that are also named using the word ‘anjung’, such as Anjung Senja, Anjung Selera and others.
