A seven-month-old girl has died after being mauled by the family dog at a home in the UK. The infant was bitten last Sunday at the home in Coventry. She was rushed to hospital but died a short time later. Police said the dog, which was not classed as a dangerous breed, was removed from the home and euthanised, according to the BBC.

Ezra Mansoor was attacked while in his crib at the family’s Knoxville residence on May 24, according to his mother Chloe Mansoor.
