The Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy, led by former Osun state governor, Gboyega Oyetola, has been recognized as the top-performing ministry in the Ease of Doing Business ranking.
This announcement was made on Friday at a town hall meeting by Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, Special Adviser to the President on the Dr. Oduwole explained that the meeting, chaired by Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima, was held to review the Regulatory Reform Accelerator report in alignment with President Bola Tinubu’s eight-point agenda, which prioritizes business climate reforms.She further mentioned that the minister had convened a meeting with the heads of agencies under his jurisdiction, urging them to strive for the ministry to reach the top position, which they successfully achieved.
