There are a million opportunities for us, there are a million ways that we can get better, and that's what we intend to do.

“It was impossible for us to maintain 10 to 12 different systems and get them to talk to each other without adding significant headcount,” says Director of IT Micah Sugg. Even with all of the different systems, there was still a significant amount of paperwork and manual data entry.
