Smoking weed was also proved to help athletic performance as it deepens concentration, increases tissue oxygenation, and decreases muscle spasms before, during and after exercise.The Greens are the only politcal party in favour of legalising weed for recreational use.

It would be safer for the public to legalise it in some form. Removing the revenue from criminal gangs means it that revenue could be used to benefit the community. The savings in police and the courts would add to that amount with the police free to investigate real crimes.
