PAYOUTS for the Cost of Living Aid Phase 2 will be made starting Tuesday, a week before the Raya celebrations. “It will involve an estimated RM1.42 billion, to be distributed to almost 3.6 million recipients,” said the Finance Ministry in a statement today.
