Felda dan Felda Investment Corporation Sdn Bhd memfailkan saman itu melalui e-filing Mahkamah Tinggi Sivil. FMTNews Felda FIC IsaShahrir ShahrirAbdulSamad

KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Pembangunan Tanah Persekutuan dan anak syarikatnya memfailkan saman terhadap dua bekas pengerusi Felda, Mohd Isa Abdul Samad dan Shahrir Abdul Samad, syarikat pemaju hartanah Synergy Promenade Sdn Bhd serta 18 yang lain untuk mendapatkan perintah bagi membatalkan dengan serta-merta semua instrumen pindah milik tanah di Jalan Semarak.

Antara yang dinamakan sebagai defendan ialah bekas pengarah besar Felda, Faizoull Ahmad; bekas ketua pegawai eksekutif FIC, Mohd Zaid Abdul Jalil; Pengarah SPSB, Abd Rahman Soltan dan Noraini Soltan; SPSB dan Synergy Promenade KLVC Sdn Bhd ; bekas pengarah besar Felda, Hanapi Suhada; bekas pengarah besar Felda, Ab Ghani Mohd Ali; bekas pengarah tanah Felda, Shahrizal Mohd Saleh; dan Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Plaintif juga memohon deklarasi Surat Tawaran FIC, Surat Tawaran Felda, Perjanjian Pembangunan, Surat Kuasa Wakil, Perjanjian Sewa, empat Perjanjian Sewa Beli dan Memorandum Persefahaman tidak boleh dikuatkuasakan, batal atau tidak sah. Turut dimohon, antaranya pampasan dalam ekuiti untuk kerugian peluang komersial berjumlah RM562 juta sekiranya Felda menerima “MGR” berjumlah RM500 juta daripada Perjanjian Pembangunan itu.

Felda sues Isa Samad, Shahrir, 19 others over Jalan Semarak land dealKUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) and its subsidiary have filed suits against two former chairmen, Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad and Tan Sri Shahrir Ab Samad, property development company Synergy Promenade Sdn Bhd (SPSB) and 18 others to seek an order to cancel immediately all land ownership transfer instruments in Jalan Semarak.Felda and Felda Investment Corporation Sdn Bhd (FIC) as plaintiffs, filed the suits through the High Court e-filing here through the law firm Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill by naming the 21 as defendants.Among those names as defendants were former Felda director-general Datuk Faizoull Ahmad; former FIC chief executive officer Mohd Zaid Abdul Jalil; SPSB directors Abd Rahman Soltan and Noraini Soltan; SPSB and Synergy Promenade KLVC Sdn Bhd (SPKLVC) ; former Felda director-general Datuk Hanapi Suhada; former Felda director-general Datuk Ab Ghani Mohd Ali; former Felda Land director Shahrizal Mohd Saleh; and the Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory Land and Mine director.In its writ of summons and statement of claim, Felda sought an order to direct the Federal Territory Land and Mine director to cancel immediately all intruments of Semarak Felda land ownership transfer from the agency to SPSB and SPKLVC in 30 days from the issuance of the order.The plaintiff also sought a declaration that the FIC Letter of Award, Felda Letter of Award, Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, Lease Agreement, four lease purchase agreements (SPA) and Memorandum of Understanding could not be enforced, and null and void.In the suit, Felda and FIC demanded compensations from all defendants for contravention of fiduciary duty borne against Felda, namely, a compensation of RM1.062bil for the commercial value of the Semarak land which could be received directly from the sale of the land.Also sought, among them compensation in equity for commercial opportunity losses of RM562mil if Felda received a MGR of RM500mil from the Development
